First off, my apology to everyone who had visited here and commented. I had been very busy with my painting and learning new tools ( such as 3D modelling ) and gradually stopped contributing posts. Also, there’s no notifications from the blog for the comments sent in and that’s why there’s no response from me ( there must be such function and I should look into it ). Now with the paintings that I had done during my absence, I think I can keep the blog postings more consistent.

Villers-Bocage
This is a painting that I'd done showing some of the British Cromwells during the Battle of Villers-Bocage on June 13, 1944. On this fateful day for the British 7th Armoured Division, the German Tiger tank Ace, Michael Wittmann, led his Tiger tanks charged into Villers-Bocage and inflicted heavy loss to the British. The image shows Lt. John Cloudsley-Thompson's Cromwell tried to rear backward into an alley when Major Arthur Carr's Cromwell was knocked out by Wittman's Tiger.
